Request Account & Personal Data Deletion

In compliance with Apple App Store Review Guideline 5.1.1(v) and the Google Play User Data Policy, PACE Motor Group provides both direct in-app account deletion and an accessible web deletion request portal.

Submit this form to request complete permanent removal of your account, KYC verification credentials, and personal records.

Must match the email linked to your PACE VIP membership or rental account.

Data Retention & Deletion Disclosures

What Data is Permanently Deleted

  • Account profile, username, email, phone number
  • Driver's license and KYC verification scans
  • Digital vehicle keys and telemetry session tokens
  • Emergency contact details and personal preferences
  • Saved payment tokens and payment profiles

What Data is Retained & Why

  • Past rental invoices and financial transaction logs (statutory tax compliance)
  • Fleet insurance liability logs (retained strictly for statutory legal periods)
  • Archived records are segregated in immutable compliance storage and cannot be used for marketing or profiling

Deletion Timelines

In-App Deletion: Immediate. Account credentials and live sessions are revoked instantaneously upon confirmation. Server-side database records cascade and are purged within 24 hours.

Web Form Request: Authenticated within 24–48 hours. Deletion completed across all secondary backups within 14–30 business days in compliance with international privacy frameworks.
